What if I lose power to my NFTC devices? (Router, Set Top Boxes, etc.)

Once power returns, it may take several minutes for your Internet service to be restored. Please do not power-cycle or reboot your NFTC’ router or Set Top Box manually unless instructed to do so by our Support Team.
